V/V THAY ĐỔI TÊN DÒNG

Tòa Thánh, qua Bộ Phúc Âm Hóa Các Dân Tộc, đã  khuyến nghị Hội Dòng chúng tôi thay đổi tên Dòng vì lý do từ “Coredemptrix” (Đồng Công) theo thần học không được rõ nghĩa (theologically ambiguous), và đề nghị danh hiệu “Congregation of the Mother of the Redeemer” – “Dòng Mẹ Chúa Cứu Chuộc”, thay thế cho danh hiệu “Dòng Đức Mẹ Đồng Công Cứu Chuộc.”

Do đó, từ nay chúng tôi sẽ chính thức sử dụng danh hiệu “DÒNG MẸ CHÚA CỨU CHUỘC” (La ngữ: Congregatio Redemptoris Matris (CRM); Anh ngữ: Congregation of the Mother of the Redeemer) thay cho danh hiệu cũ “Dòng Đức Mẹ Đồng Công Cứu Chuộc.”

RE: CHANGING THE NAME OF CONGREGATION OF THE MOTHER COREDEMPTRIX

The Holy See, through the Congregation of the Evangelization of  Peoples, recommended our Congregation to change the name of the Congregation due to the theologically ambiguous “Coredemptrix”, and proposed the name “Congregation of the Mother of the Redeemer”, replacing the title “Congregation of the Mother Coredemptrix.”

Therefore, from now on, we will formally use the title “CONGREGATION OF THE MOTHER OF THE REDEEMER” in place of the old title”Congregation of the Mother Coredemptrix” (in Latin: Congregatio Redemptoris Matris” (CRM)
